Step 1

We recruit individuals with deep expertise with mindfulness and youth to our network of Mindfulness Directors.

Step 2

We partner with a school and work to match them with a Mindfulness Director who is a good fit for their community. Where needed, we provide seed funding to assist that school in hiring their Director.

Step 3

With our ongoing community and professional development support, the Mindfulness Director teaches mindfulness to students, staff, and other community members, weaving compassion, awareness, and resilience into the fabric of the school community.

Step 4

Over the three to four years, our Partner Schools gradually take on the Mindfulness Director’s salary. We assist our partners in making the case to integrate the Mindfulness Director into the school budget and/or fundraising plan by providing robust program evaluation reports that demonstrate the impact of the Mindfulness Director.
